"Hotel was lovely and clean, staff were super friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast, wasnt a massive spread but still a good selection of tasty food. Beds were on the firm side for our preferences but definitely not the worst we had in Vietnam. Would return if visiting Hanoi again."
