"Great value, clean spacious room, helpful staff. Well located near St. Joseph’s Cathedral, which means loud bells early in the morning! Not an issue for us, but it wouldn’t suit someone with difficulty climbing stairs, as there was no lift."

Firstly I walk in and the room had ants crawling all over, the safe and minibar both didn’t work (which is quite important when you’re somewhere so hot and can’t even keep cold water in your room). "Room was right next to construction site and they started at 6.30 am. Bed is huge, nice bathroom but no coffee in the room for morning, just tea. Other than that a good value close to airport"

"Hostel was located in a good part of Hanoi close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was alright, but dated. The bed was quite worn out and the internet was slow. Balcony was nice. "
