"Lovely staff who greeted you every time you came in and went out. The room was nice - we had a balcony but the weather wasn’t quite up to using it. The hotel is on a busy street at the front and Hanoi traffic is crazy so if you are a light sleeper you may want some ear plugs. This is not the hotel’s problem but worth being aware of. Breakfast is nice and plentiful and was included in my booking. "

"This is a good, cheap hotel in a good location. The rooms are small but have everything you need. My friend had an issue in that twice she came to her room and the cleaners had decided to take a nap in there which was just mental!"

"Amazing hotel breakfast was fantastic catered for my GF. Rooms were clean beds were comfortable. Rooftop bar for new years was so good. Staff couldn't do enough to help us. Chris was outstanding nothing was too much trouble for him. Great location. We would definitely stay again Thank you"
