For a 4 stars i would have liked a bit more elevated (rust in bathrooms furniture, sink design makes it that you get completely soaked when turning water on) but overall we were pleased with our stay. "The hotel boasted pictures online of beautiful, nice rooms but we did not get what we expected. Because we opted for a more cost effective room, we were put in a small cell of a space outside the main castle which felt neither charming or friendly. The walls were bare and dingy and had holes. There were no windows or air conditioning units so we had to sleep with our door open to get fresh air which made us feel uncomfortable.
