"Excellent stay"

"The hotel is really well placed next to Chamonix Sud bus station, to connect to Geneva airport and all the skibusses. The Spa is lovely, although another hot-tub would not go amiss. The room was quite small and not well appointed, even though we did not book the cheapest. The breakfast was wonderful overall, great choices, except for the coffee which was very poor. "

"Ecrin Blanc was a great ski in and ski out property, with a good restaurant inside the hotel for both dinner and breakfast. Service especially in the ski valet was fantastic. "

"Beautifully decorated in a Alpine style, with much attention to detail. Excellent food, including the famous chocolaterie. Excellent rooms and bathrooms. The only negative is that if you have a room giving to the front, you may be woken up by loud voices - usually young people coming out of nightclubs. "

"Location was great. Food was plentiful, varied and very good. I am a non-skier and was planning on working out a lot while hubby skied. Website stated that there was yoga, and it looked as though there would be about 5 classes/day...well, we were told onsite that there was no yoga instructor this year- please update your site!? The Norwegian spa on the roof was unavailable as well. Steam room/sauna were nice. Pool was lovely...when it was warm enough. "

"This is the fourth time we have stayed here, it is an excellent location, however we have noticed that its starting to look down in the dumps, not so much as the amenities, cause its one of the cheapest hotel for a reason, however, the cleanliness was a bit of an issue this time. The blinds were full of mosquito corpses, the bathroom had leaks everywhere, there were dead bugs on the ceiling, the dust on the items was kinda gross. Having said all this, still can't beat the price and location, but...
