"Loved our stay here. It’s perfectly located to walk to the center of town and the train and launching points for other activities! The staff were lovely including the sweet driver. We arrived early and so waited for our room in the lounge. Staff provided tea and the wait was pleasant. However, at the changing of shifts it seems the next shift didn’t know we had arrived and were waiting so I reduced a star for that. This hotel is in the perfect ski-in-ski-out location at the bottom of the plain sud piste and also in the middle of town - ideal for bars, restaurants and shopping. "Fantastic hotel, the staff was very nice and accommodating. Ski shop had great rental options and equipment was in very good condition. Ski room was nice and lockers had plenty of room for all gear for 2 people. Ate at Altayaki the first night and it was very good. Breakfast buffet was also amazing every morning. Would definitely recommend for a ski trip and would book again."
