"Lovely house in a beautiful spot with magical views of the bay. Ground floor bedroom lovely but lacks privacy (see-through blind so we bought a covering to hang in the doorway). The house is situated on a very steep hill which means the garden is not usable for anything other than eating/ sitting/ sun-bathing on the deck. We had a great stay. Thank you. "

"Second time at this location. It is an outstanding villa with a great pool, lovely views and lots of space indoors. Sernhac is fab: there is a bakery, bar and pizzeria within walking distance. The villa is spacious, cool and very comfortable."

"Beautiful villa in a lovely location with the nearest town of Gien only a couple of minutes drive or a short 10 minute walk. Walking distance to beach too. Villa was very clean and offered plenty of space and the garden and pool was lovely with loungers, table and chairs for outdoor dining. "The day before we arrived we where asked via text if we need linen and towels. We said yes. The evening we arrived no towels or linen. We called the concierge contact he said sorry and he could not make it that evening so no sheets or towels, but next morning he will come early. So after a long day we had no linen. He did not make it next morning either, we sat all morning waiting, so I bought towels and we went about our day. That evening there where towels and sheets available at the door. So...

"This was a very disappointing stay. The host did not meet us as Planned. She sent a man to let us in And gave us the keys, but Did not speak any English. We were Left without explanation of how things worked in the apartment… I was shocked to find that there were no sheets or towels in the apartment. Fortunately, we had a friend who lived Near so we were able to borrow some from her. We were so uncomfortable. We had to leave a day early."

"We are tennis fanatics so it was lovely to have a private court in good condition in the grounds. Played every day. Nice pool to cool off. Villa was spotless and spacious and all the appliances worked. Be aware that towels are not provided. Dealing with Vrbo was not easy. We needed to talk to them about a French legal requirement for liability insurance and the only contact number I could find was a USA premium rate line. Cost me £35 for a 7 minute conversation and they failed to call me back...

"We had a lovely stay for 6 nights. Beautifully renovated cottage with spectacular views and the kids loved the pool. Elisabeth was a warm and helpful host. It was an ideal location to explore the south east of Corsica. Located in a secure, private and quiet corner but still convenient to travel to local attractions. Highly recommend."

"Very bright and airy. Fully equipped with everything we could ever need. The gardens are lovely and the whole property well maintained. The beach is just across the road and great for walking. Just the place to relax and unwind. Monsieur Champain was very helpful and pleasant. We had to leave early and he was very accommodating. We never found the bread shop!"

"The property near Dolus in D’Oleron is atypical for the area . It is a ranch style with loads of space, and different areas both inside and in the garden to enjoy. We had 12 people in the property for part of our stay and did not feel cramped. Arnaud was very welcoming and helpful. The pool was perfect and the air conditioning useful at times. Altogether a very charming place to stay - we hope to return in future!"

"We stayed as a group of 9. 4 adults and 5 children all under 8 years old. The pool Was heated which was fantastic, the rooms were clean and we ordered the towel package which was plenty for each person for the week. The games room is fully equipped along with the kitchen. There is a little walk into the village for the little shops, no English speaking people but this didn’t matter as they were so friendly and we wanted to try our French. Hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly....

"We have just returned from a wonderful few days at this beautiful villa. The house is much larger than the photos show and is really lovely. The pool was a real highlight for us, our kids spent most of the day in the pool! The views from the villa are stunning and it’s close enough to Sainte Maxime to walk down and enjoy the shops and restaurants. We can’t recommend it enough and hope to be back some day. Thank you ! "
