If you are coming in your own car, there’s no parking. Hotel shares with a public parking which can randomly be closed. There’s not even a bay for offloading luggage. Hotel in Expedia advertises parking available which is incorrect. You are better off booking at Novotel which has secure parking just below the hotel

This place is located minutes away from the train station and old town. You can easily walk to the Lac Annecy and main shopping district. The room was quiet and nice, although the carpet definitely needs to be changed.

Fantastic hotel
Really good location, room was clean, modern and comfy to stay in. The hotel is close by to everything you need, bakeries, supermarkets etc. Only around 10 mins away from the Lac D’Annecy and Main attractions. Would happily stay again when I return

Mediocre hotel in convenient location. Air conditioner didn't work and the room was uncomfortably hot. Staff kindly brought us a fan. No hand or face towels, only a poor grade bath towel. No tissues. No quality. Won't stay there again.

Nice hotel, we'll go there again
The room was slightly small for a family of four, but comfortable. The kids had separate beds which was very helpful. The personnel was nice and helpful. Parking was offsite but easy paid mostly by the hotel, we only paid 1 euro. AC worked perfectly, no mosquitos.
