"This is a great house for family/friends. It is in very good shape and the elevator came in handy with groceries and supplies. Although it says 5 bedrooms, there are only three plus a somewhat private pull out couch. There is also a pull out couch in the living room, so there is plenty of beds but was planning on 5 bedrooms, not the advertised 3.
