"What serendipity! The 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment with full kitchen and large outdoor screened porch was just what we needed for our family getaway. The property is on the widest section of beach, we used the beach service and jetski rental, in a non-crowded section of Fort Myers Beach. Easy and friendly check in and great service. "The location is excellent. The property needs some update. The couch did not open. The kitchen was newer and nice. The balcony was very nice, but the door at the balcony was a little rusty. The staff overall were okay. There was construction going on, the pool was not functioning. In the morning there was a lot of noise from somebody blowing the sand of the walk side. There is no late check out. They offered to hold our bags and stay on the property, but since the pool was not available and...

"Everything was prepared nicely and clean. There was some construction around the resort, but it did not interfere with our rest/stay in any way. It was only a few minutes walk from the beach, a warm pool nearby, and also a spa. In the apartment all electrical devices worked and everything necessary for normal living was provided."

"Unfortunately hurricane Ian prevented any use of the establishment. This is in no way the establishments fault, so a fair review would not be possible. We hope to have an opportunity to visit in the future."
