"Our family had a group of 11, 3 of the 11 being younger children. The house was plenty big enough for everyone! No one felt like they were crammed in or tripping over each other. The kids enjoyed the pool daily. The home was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The best part it was only a short walk to the beach! Our family thanks you for sharing your piece of paradise with us for the week!"

Very communicative and he provided us with so many touches like the beach wagon, beach umbrella, beach chairs - it really made our stay so much better. He also provided great restaurant and day trip recommendations like Doc Ford’s Seafood for example. The area is recovering well from the hurricanes but Cliff’s place is completely in good shape. "

"This property was great. It is conveniently located across the street from the beach public access. The property did have some chairs and umbrellas with a wagon to use on the beach. The location is about 1 mile from the bustling areas of Times Square, so we found it to be peacefully quite. "Great condo for 4 older women! Down the elevator to beach and pool. Pink shell next door for drink at bar. Walkable to time square, and easy transportation if needed. All 4 would definitely return next year!"
