It's close to all of the action of Times Square, yet within a nice residential neighborhood nestled between the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the Matanzas Pass Waterway. The white sugary-sand beach is less than 1 block away. This beach has been voted one of the top 10 beaches for several years in a row. Here you can go swimming, rent jet-skis, parasail, search for seashells, or watch the dolphins swim across the shore. The Matanzas Preserve with access to the Bay, nature trails, a mooring dock, and an overlook pier are less than a block away behind the house.

The Fort Myers Beach Library is also located less than a block away!

Fort Myers Beach during Debby
We had a great time at this property. The patio and pool were utilized daily. Plenty of room for everyone in our family and walking distance to the beach. Close to Moms Restaurant for delicious cinnamon rolls and biscuits and gravy on the return morning beach walk. Being from out of town during tropical storm Debby, we were a bit nervous, but we had great communication with Willy and he reassured us we were going to be fine. We would rent this house again.

Great experience. Location is a mile from Time Square. The beach was basically across Estero. Hot tub was awesome. Pool was cold. But the nights had been cold the previous weeks. Couple of adults couldn’t stop playing the provided arcade game. Had all our childhood favorites.

We had a great stay at Fort Myers Beach. The house was as-advertised and met our needs very well. We particularly liked the location and the proximity to the beach as well as Times Square area. We had beautiful and unseasonably warm weather so we also made good use of the pool and outside area to cool off. Would definitely stay again!

Spring Training Trip
I stayed here with a group of guys. The house was plenty big, clean, and in a great location. First time in Fort Myers Beach and definitely got a first hand view of the devastation of Hurricane Ian from a year and a half ago. Downtown Fort Myers beach is back up and going strong while other businesses are still operating out of food trucks/stands. Enjoyed the outdoor area with the pool and hot tub (though you need to text or call the owner to turn the hot tub on when you want to use it). The downstairs seems to be recently remodeled and very nice. All in all, a great stay and would go back again.

Can’t beat location and beautiful renovation
This is a perfect house to rent for a large group. Lots of sleeping space, and indoor/outdoor areas to hang out, eat, play games, and swim in the pool or hot tub. The pool table and arcade in the basement were awesome additions, plus the lower and upper kitchens made it easy for the kids and adults to hang out with snacks and beverages. The inside has been recently redone, and looks great, and the deck and pool furniture made it easy to sit in the sun and relax. The beach is a very quick walk away, and the home included chairs and a wagon to take to the beach as well. The owner was responsive to any questions we had on running the hot tub as well. Great family vacation!

This property was spacious & well decorated. The jacuzzi was wonderful but wished there had been simple instructions provided rather than bother the host. It was a short 2 blocks to the beach & a shorter walk to the preserves. Only improvement necessary is a working ice-maker. Loved this place & Ft Meyers Beach!

Terrific family getaway
Close to the Beach, walking distance to lots of restaurants, community pool with slide, and Matanzas Nature Preserve (where our grandson caught a barracuda!). We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the backyard. Two separate units gave us plenty of space and two kitchens, which worked well for our family. Host was responsive and helpful. A great experience.

A great 5 day stay
We rented both units for a 5 day trip for a group of 9 guys in our late twenties. The house was perfect and within walking distance of the beach, basketball courts, volleyball court, and bars. The house was air conditioned and very comfortable and spacious for 9 people. Willy resolved the alarm being left on quickly and was very easy to contact. Could not have asked for a better experience!

This property was a great place for large groups with the 2 separate units within the same building. Very convenient to anything you want. Very clean. Willy was a very nice guy to work with. Only “ding” would be the kitchen could be better stocked for cooking dinners in. Not enough pots and pans, plates, cups etc. Overall I would recommend this property to everyone!

A hidden gem at Fort Myers beach. Willy was by far the best home owner I have dealt with in all my times booking thru Homeaway. He was responsive, thoughtful and very accomodating. The house itself was impeccable and comfortable. It had every thing that we needed for an amazing vacation. My family felt very at home in Willys’ house. We were there to celebrate an 80 th birthday, which Willy knew, and upon arrival he had a bottle of wine and an 80 balloon waiting for us! Such a thoughtful man!

Perfect location, two houses in one!
This property is located one block from the beach and beach access and is the perfect spot for adults and kids or 2 families, with 2 complete living areas including full kitchens. We had 4 moms upstairs and our 4 HS senior daughters downstairs which gave them their own space. The pool/hot tub area is super fun with layout chairs for 8, a high-top table in the shade, hammock and high quality BT stereo. The inside is modern, clean and nicely decorated. Our only hiccup was check-in but our host compensated us for that problem. Overall a fantastic place and I would definitely stay there again.

Nice house with a great location!
I rented this house for a girls' weekend with my daughters, sisters and nieces. It was perfect for us. Even though we didn't cook at the house, we went through the kitchen. Compared to other houses I've stayed in, this one wasn't really well stocked. There were 11 of us that stayed. My only complaint was that I wish we'd have had more towels for the weekend. Other than that, it was perfect. It's super close to a stop on the free tram to go down to Times Square. The neighborhood is nice, quiet area. The pool and hot tub were amazing. It did take us longer than I'd like to admit to figure out the settings though. All in all, I'd definitely stay there again if Willy would have us. He answered immediately any time I called and was friendly to talk to. Thank you again for a wonderful weekend!
