"The beach was expansive and the unit was newly renovated. The resort is in the quieter end of the beach and so it was a slow drive to get to Fort Myers’ restaurants but we knew that when we booked. Bicycles are available and are the quickest way to get around. My family really enjoyed our stay in our 2 bed/2 bath unit!"

"My 12-yr old daughter and I came to Ft Myers Beach for Spring Break (March 2025). The house was super clean upon arrival and the pool was nice and warm. The beach is a short (5-7 min) walk but not crowded. The house is not close to the “hopping” part of Ft Myers Beach but that was ok with us. There is a Publix about a mile away and another shopping center a mile the other way (7-11, CVS, beach shop, ice cream shop, etc - places are still opening up after the hurricanes recovery so I’m sure more will pop up). Make sure to read the house description about what is and is not included. It’s 100% accurate. There are no beach towels. You get one trash bag, one thing of detergent to run the dishwasher, one thing of detergent for the washing machine. There absolutely no spices, salt, pepper, etc. You have to bring all of that for yourself. Not a huge deal other than the beach towels - I don’t know why a beach house wouldn’t have beach towels. The Publix nearby closes at 7pm and is expensive. So I’d shop before entering the island if I were to do it again. The house has all the kitchen tools you need. Both bathrooms have a hairdryer and lots of bath towels. It’s on a busy road so there was street noise in the morning for the front rooms. But I was able to drown that out with a sound machine. Oh and I have never been to Ft Myers Beach before so am not sure what it looked like pre hurricane. There is construction happening but it feels ready for visitors! Thanks for a great visit!"

"We had a great stay, complex was nice, unit was new/clean. Property manager responded quickly to a repair (pocket door) and it was fixed quickly. Complex tennis courts were closed due to construction and the neighboring property is under construction, but the daily morning noise was not bad. We looked for but didn't ever locate the recycle bin. Just a note, the complex pool/hot tub closes promptly at dark. We were disappointed that there was a significant management fee/damager waiver (400) on top of the rental price/taxes and that we had to create an account in iTrip app (not expecting) and we hadn't had to do with VRBO before."

"Felt like we were back on a cruise ship - looking out at the Gulf, watching sunsets from the deck and walking a great stretch of beach each morning. Fabulous location! "The condo was spacious and clean. It was easy to check-in. The condo had all of the supplies we needed, including breach chairs, wagon, and cooler. Easy access to the beach across the street. We would definitely stay again!"
