"This was our second time staying at Black Forrest! The only place in Big Bear we have stayed at more than once (we like trying out new places). We totally recommend and the staff are awesome."

"The stay was wonderful. Very convenient for everything we did as a family. A 2yr and 4yr old. Was able to walk everywhere along the village helping with getting kids in and out of car. The room was neat and clean. Only issues was one of the blankets smelled a little musty but we just put it aside and didn't use it. Didn't tell the staff because it was only 2 nights. The parking was great for the amount of guests staying. "

"Check-in was easy, we were able to be in contact with the front desk by text and they promptly answered questions and gave recommendations, super helpful! The room was spacious and comfortable, beyond our expectations. Felt like an apartment complete with a cozy fireplace. Having our own garage space was amazing!!! It was snowing, but our car was covered and made it super easy to come & go. Highly recommend!!! We will be back!!"
