" The house was very comfortable for all 15 of our family ages 1 to 69. We had a few power outages but didn’t interfere with our stay. Finally got snow the night before we left which made all the kids happy. Karen was wonderful to deal with and would love to rent again from her."

"There were 3 areas with fire pits and chairs. The fire pits were turned on every evening, and anyone could go out and sit and enjoy the fire. There were beautiful views of a finger of Big Bear Lake and a dock. My sister and I really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say could be improved is that there was a coffee maker, but the plug wasn't long enough to plug it in anywhere. Also, the wall heater was not easy to start, but my sister watched a YouTube video about how to do it and she figured it out! Check in was quick and easy. We loved our stay!"

Not only it has everything you could wish for in a rental, it was also well decorated for New Year, has amazing view, every little convenience, every little detail thought through. "We spent our Christmas week in the cabin with some family. Great experience. Issues that other guests have had are fixed already or fixable with common sense. For instance, the downstairs bedroom with the queen bed is coldest, keep the door open. It took us one night to figure that out. Check the vents to make sure they’re open. Loft is the warmest (duh, hot air rises). Kitchen had almost everything you need, but no spices but so what, not a big deal to grab in town, try out grocery outlet! They have everything! Upstairs bathroom had some issues with warmth, but it wasn’t cold. Just wasn’t super hot. I’m always freezing but I managed to use this shower for our entire 5 day stay. Downstairs shower has hotter water so if you like that better, go use that one. Some spider webs, but never saw a spider. It’s a mountain, spiders live there too. They definitely caused no issue for us. We had an issue at check in but it was resolved within 30 minutes and we were able to get into the beautiful cabin. Nice big clean fridge. The pool table was a great time. The cabin was clean and quiet, plenty of room, and worked well for our group. We had a wonderful Christmas, and can’t think of any real complaints. Perfect location for us. Close to town. Everything was clean, everything works. Loved the wrap around porch and views. Our party ranged in age from 11-67 and everyone enjoyed their time.
