Our room was spotless and well-maintained, with daily cleaning service that kept everything fresh and tidy. We also appreciated the little touches, like the readily available warm water, which was perfect for making tea and coffee in the mornings. The included food options were another highlight of our stay. The meals were delicious and varied, offering a taste of authentic Mexican cuisine. We especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries at breakfast! Adhara Express's location was ideal for us. It provided easy access to all the main attractions, while also being conveniently close to the vibrant Las Palapas Park. We loved exploring the park in the evenings, soaking up the lively atmosphere and enjoying delicious, budget-friendly meals from the local vendors. It was a fantastic way to experience the true spirit of Mexico!"

She welcomed us back with open arms and had the property cleaned and ready for us AGAIN during our unexpected extended stay. "We stayed here for one night but would stay longer. Clean and just what we needed. It is a little hard to find it is above a very good restaurant. You need whatsup app on your phone because they will send you a QR code to check in with.. I did not realize this and they were very helpful on the phone. The location is in a nice part of town."

"I really enjoyed staying here. There was a Mayan theme throughout the hotel. The spa was nice and affordable and the pool open all night was fun. They are under some construction (but some who might be upset over this might not be as focused on the fun parts of their vacation) which is noticeable but didn’t mess with my stay. The staff was so attentive and friendly, they went above and beyond to check in with us. There are close restaurants and cafes, and it’s close to the beach or to travel to Isla Mujeres. wished there were more towels (we got one ant an time) and the lighting was dim. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Be prepared for a lively night life too. "

"Customer service was excellent and very helpful. Great location for a New Year's eve celebration of sorts, and short walking distance to Oxxo and good restaurants. Easy access to bus that takes you to the beaches. We had a great time. The only problem is there is no sink appropriate for washing dishes. Suitable only for a short stay. Great price for the value."

"Quiet location, not much happening in this area unlike hotel zone. So for any activity or active night life etc, you need to travel to some place by walking to ado bus terminal and catching buses from there. But nice places to eat nearby like satyam, bao vegan, 100% natural."

"It's a nice apartment with a fridge. Service was prompt but it has to be with the Hotel.com app only. There should be one microwave in the common area. And it's hard to communicate as the doorman and host do not speak English. I had to use the translator a lot. Otherwise it's a nice place. "
