"This hotel is located in a mall, easy access to taxis and great shopping everywhere. Located in el Poblado you can get to the whole city and from the airport quickly. I can’t say enough good things about my stay. I loved the shopping and the food selection just right there. The hotel is amazing, secure and clean. I loved it."

"I loved everything about my stay here , first let me start by saying I'm a solo female traveler. So one thing I loved about this hotel was the security and location. I walked everywhere even the spa and momo nail salon 10 out of 10 . I even walked in the evening back from dinner and it was safe around 8:30ish . The hotel staff were wonderful , very helpful with places to eat and just in general. Now in regards to if the hotel is clean it is very clean , they come everyday to see if you have laundry and you will see them just cleaning the halls constantly. Like vacuuming, noise wise I did change rooms once due to me being on a Main Street and I didn't like that . I had zero issues sleeping . They do provide ear plugs but I never needed that . To be honest it doesn't get loud at all I was even here on a Friday and it was low key meaning noise wise . Breakfast was great so many types of fruit and good breakfast options that they make for you by request off the menu. My favorite was the vegan breakfast really flavorful. Yeah I would stay again definitely location, cleaning, service all great . "
