It’s in a safe area and convenient to walk to restaurants and shopping centers. The buffet breakfast has a variety of options and fruits are fresh. Most of the staff are friendly but the service at the executive lounge wasn’t impressive.

This place is ridiculously expensive for what you get. There are way better hotels to stay at for the money here in Medellin. I think fellow American stay her because they know the brand. That’s it. Staff was not. Friendly Joe accommodating. Last time I will stay here for sure.

Nice safe property. We booked a corner suite but upon arriving late we realised the bed was in a really poor condition that one side looked like an elephant had been sleeping there for months as it had a huge dip in it and was very uncomfortable. We did complain but they said they could not change the mattress until the following day. No offer for a room change or any compensation for our poor nights sleep.

The first room I had (915) was great. I had to move to another room because of a reservation issue (my fault). I was given room 1109. It was smelling horrible, like humid. I was given room 1107 it was great but over the night I realized the AC wasn't cooling. I set it to 21c and it didn't come lower than 24c Not a great experience for such an expensive stay in Colombia
