Pros: walkable location next to resturants and bars, welcome drink, friendly staff, rooftop bar with great views, comfortable pillows. Cons: bed is a little hard. You can hear music from the clubs next door but it did not keep me awake.

El Hotel nos encanto. El servicio excelente. Todos muy servicial. Nos dieron unas bebidas gratis de Bienvenida y hasta unas galletitas de despedida. El Hotel esta en un lugar centrico. Muy cerca de Provenza, como 5 minutos caminando. Puedes conseguir variedad de restaurantes, todo a pasos del Hotel. Lo unico que no nos gusto fue la neverita del cuarto que no enfriaba. Pero en general el Hotel y todo su Staff fueron excelentes. Siempre dando la milla extra. En atencion les doy un 100. Super recomendado.

The hotel was excellent. The location was perfect; walking distance to Parque Lleras and Provenza. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were excellent. I give an overall 10 of 10.

La limpieza excelente, el trato del personal fue increible, incluso nos hicieron la diligencia para comprar un cargador a las 12 de la noche. El desayuno estaba incluido muy rico y saludable, aunque me hubiera gustado más opciones. Tambien me gustó que tenian una clase de Yoga en la mañana y fue muy relajante y sanadora. Es un hotel super conveniente cerca de todo y que no necesitas carro para salir a los sitios mas top de la ciudad. El check in y check out fue super facil y rapido y al final nos dieron unas galleticas de souvenir. Cosas que entiendo deben mejorar: -Dentro del desayuno incluido, NO TE INCLUYE cappuccino, ni nada dulce, eso tiene un costo adicional. Las opciones son cafe regular, jugo y chocolate caliente. -No tienes acceso a pisos que no correspondan a tu habitación. Ej. Yo me quedé en el piso 5 y mis amigos en el 4. Nos teniamos que ver en el lobby o encontrarnos en el ascensor. Un tema :( -En el restaurante del hotel si pides un GIN TONIC te lo dan con soda amarga. Jajaja no con agua tónica. La excusa era que para ellos no es rentable la agua tonica porque es muy cara. El agua tonica te la cobran adicional :( -No hay amenites en el baño, si se te quedó el cepillo de dientes o el gorro del baño, tendrás que comprarlo afuera. -La puerta de la habitaciones hay que cerrarla con mucha fuerza, por ende emite un sonido muy molesto y fuerte. Te la pasas escuchando el cerrar de todas las hab. La noche entera :(
