Great Stay. Top cleanliness. The only negative thing I can say about the property is that it only has one elevator and it is very slow. Also the guests have to share the elevator with the employees. But overall is a great stay.

The atmosphere of the hotel rooftop bar was amazing. The entire staff were wonderful. Kind friendly and always there to help. Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Walking distance to everything and super safe. Blows away the other large hotels in the area.

They have a club on the roof that they cater to more than there Guest. They have one elevator in the building. They use it for everything so it is always a delay. I had family come visit and they are not allowed to visit in the room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody. The only positive was the room was very clean and nice.Staff was very nice also and helpful.

We got there and they lost one of the reservations Then got my room and the lock was broken. They wanted me to stay anyway. They couldn’t fix it that night but swore to me “no one would go in” (How do you know(???)) My friend went down and threatened that we were going to give bad reviews because this was not our fault that the lock didn’t work . As they were okay with me spending the night in a friends room until they fixed the lock👀 (waste my own money no concern of theirs ) And were adamant about not upgrading. Said they couldn’t upgrade unless I paid more money and the only other room in my price range looked at a brick wall only😕 After the threat they put me in a slightly bigger room for one night and harassed me while I was on a tour to move my things or they would have to charge me now that the lock is fixed 😕 We pre booked so we had to come back on the 16th to spend one more night before coming home Got that room and it was infested with these super tiny ants . I had to be moved again. The front desk person when I confronted them with the fact that this was 2 stays with a move . She stated well we fixed the lock! I told her Yes, and I appreciate that , but what you’re missing is the inconvenience and the lack of care and the fact that we had to threaten with reviews for you to even budge. SMH long story short it was Not a pleasant stay AT ALL

We stayed for 2 nights. Cute little Boutique Hotel. The roof top is a party scene so lots of loud music. We stayed on the 2nd floor and we could hear it. Hotel provided earplugs. 11 floors and only one elevator which is a little slow. Drinks are slightly more expensive. Beer is $5 so we opted to buy our on at the liquor store across the street. We will definitely stay again.

La gerencia del hotel permite que sus huespedes lleven damas prepago al mismo. Es increible, como miran a un ladp y permiten este tipo de conducta. Estas "invitadas" pasean por los ascensores y caminan por los pasillos como si fueran huespedes del hotel, con una vestimenta que deja mucho que desear. Ademas, el hotel tiene un rooftop bar en el piso 11 que se escucha en las habitaciones, hasta altas horas de la noche. Mi habitacion era en el piso 3 y se escuchaba. Este hotel no es apto para ninos y familias en general. No lo recomiento
