The staff is incredible. Super friendly. Before our trip they txt us and set up transportation from the airport to the Charlie. It was excellent service. Arriving welcome drinks. Every day at 6:00 we were surprised with happy hour drinks at our room from a bartender mixing whatever you’d like. So much fun. The breakfast was phenomenal.. The rooftop party was excellent. The Gym incredible. We had a beautiful room and a great experience.

Great location, amazing views from the room. Right next ti Lleras park, walking distance to multiple restaurants and clubs. Rooms are spacious with comfortable bedding. Hotel security is very strict-no visitors allowed under any circumstance. Second time staying here and love it. Would stay again.

I recently stayed at The Charlee Hotel in Medellín, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is modern, with beautifully appointed rooms that are both stylish and comfortable. One of the standout features is the incredible rooftop bar and pool. The vibe is laid-back, which I really appreciated, making it a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent Concierge service. They helped arrange a couple of tours and even organized a relaxing spa day for me. It made my trip seamless and enjoyable. Another fun perk was the daily happy hour for guests, where hotel staff would bring drinks around to the rooms during check-in—such a unique and fun touch! The Charlee is located in the heart of El Poblado, which is perfect for anyone looking to be close to great shops and bars. However, because of the central location, it can get quite loud at night, so if you’re a light sleeper, this is something to keep in mind. The food at the rooftop bar was excellent—I particularly loved the edamame, sushi, and lettuce wraps, paired with amazing drinks. Breakfast, which was included in my package, was also delicious and well-prepared. The only downside was the dinner in the main dining room, which I found to be very average compared to the high quality of the other meals. Overall, I would highly recommend The Charlee Hotel. With its great amenities, central location, and very good service.
