The rooms were nice and clean. Front desk service was not very helpful and a bit rude. Restaurabt staff was good but the service during breakfast was slow and tables were lacking silverware and the buffet food options weren’t good same food items every day and not good taste. Bell staff was nice and very helpful not like the Front Desk staff.

Great place to stay at. Walking distance to Provenza. There is always staff in the front that were nice and the building is always busy and felt super safe. Breakfast was great with great options and the best cafe con leche.

I dont recomend this property is old and the front desk personel and manegerrs are not there to help you. My room was dirty the showers were old and dirty. The water pressure was terrible. Many broken tiles on the bathroom. The aircondition system was poor The room i stay is 712 there was mold under the sink. And shower. The front desk personel was terrible There are better hotels out there in Cartagena
