"The staff was kind and accommodating. The hotel itself is lovely and charming and we loved the very high ceilinged rooms. It was difficult to cool it down (took most of the day) but the biggest issue was the shower: it took 10 minutes for the hot water to get hot for me and it stopped being hot after 15 minutes. We waited for at least 5 hours until my friend showered but it *never* got hot for her. And the square-shaped rain shower only put water out of about 1/3 of it's available holes. Other...
