"The bed was extremely hard and the pillows were so uncomfortable. The lighting is very low and I had a very hard time with that we were there for a wedding and I had a difficult time applying makeup. Also the flor in the room had gaps in it and would shift."

"The hotel is in walking distance to the historic center of San Luis Potosí. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue in our first room (the safe wouldn’t lock) and staff immediately found another room for us. Our room faced Carranza, a main avenue into the city, so it was very noisy. But we loved being able to look out over the city. "
