"Cooks and cleaning staff were not consistent in wearing mask. Electricity went away off and on during the stay (sometimes during the night and the air conditioning would stop working... making it hard to sleep). Can’t tip with credit card. Charge you for early check in even though room was available. Pools had crabs in them (dead and alive). Other than that, it was good."

"El Hotel Rivoli fue una grata sorpresa en nuestro viaje a Veracruz. Está al inicio de la zona de Boca del Río y a sólo 2 cuadras del malecón (OJO. si quieres ver el mar desde tu habitación tienes que solicitar una habitación en los pisos superiores). La zona es tranquila y bonita, puedes caminar a restaurantes y cafés o bien salir a caminar por el malecón con una bonita vista del puerto y del mar."
