"We had a lovely stay at the property. The staff are fantastic. Few notes, children’s room service menu was pretty poor and the food was all hard and cold when it arrived. The beds could definitely be comfier. Looks great, staff are great. "

"Great couple of night stay- was more expensive to book on hotel.com than directly but we had vouchers to use. Having stayed at this hotel several times before we knew we liked it and it’s very easy to get into Edinburgh centre being just next to tram stop and conveniently opposite a supermarket and take away etc, we had a the pool to ourselves all times and were kindly upgraded to a suite free of charge and they popped some birthday bits in it for celebrating a special trip- still love this...
