"No access to WiFi. No parking. No breakfast. No outlet in the bathroom. Bathroom mirror is the only one in the entire place. Kitchen filthy and muggy smelling. Second bed has no blankets and dirty coverless duvet was on the floor in the closet. Sheets were clearly not washed as they had hair and dirt in feet area. Instead of putting tacky mints out why not wash the sheets? Closet space was a standing nylon thing they fell over when touched it. We stayed one night out of the two booked, only...

"I would not recommend anyone stay here. The place was not clean, there was dirt all through the carpets and shaggy rugs especially, hair was left in the bathroom and the mats were dripping wet. We also found a large diet coke bottle under the bed and an unused cigarette. Also the bedroom door could not be shut from the outside without the handle coming off. If you are looking for somewhere cheap to stay, do not stay here. Pay a bit more for a better place."

"A bit away from the main touristy area lies the quiet Hotel Indigo. There’s a convenient tram that goes to/fro the airport. The shopping mall St James’ Quarters is behind. But to get to the Royal Mile is a slight trek. The hotel is a bit of a maze with lots of stairs and corridors; some parts have no lift access. The gym is woefully small and mostly cardio equipment—wish this could’ve been better. Service staff are nice and helpful. "
