"The property is very dated. Beds are so so. Overall you get what you pay for. Slide in the pool saved the whole place. Rooms aren’t anything special but aren’t dirty. It wasn’t the worst but it wasn’t the best. Worth the $119 a night I paid but barely. "

"Lots of loud cars were driving around late at night. You could hear everything. That’s not the properties fault though. However everything else was great. Nice staff. Easy shuttle ride over to the water park. "

"Every thing was great.the pool was really nice but the hot tub went down at around 10:00.the room was nice and comfy.The breakfast was good so was lunch.the elevators looked really cool too.the slide was cool too.I also liked the view at the tenth floor. "

"This place was beautiful and we really enjoyed it, especially our 8 year old son! The indoor water park wasn’t open when we went because it opened later that month. The outdoor water park wasn’t open at the time because it wasn’t the season for it. The only thing I would mention is make sure you’re prepared to SPEND MONEY! The room rate was excellent, but EVERYTHING you do at this resort costs EXTRA, and with there being pools, an arcade, an indoor bowling alley, an arcade, a popcorn and cookie...

"It is easily walkable to the main street in Gatlinburg and to the shops that are located there. There is also a very nice local park within 100 yards or so of the hotel. That park gave us a nice place to walk our dogs. Of course, we picked up after them. The hotel is pet friendly."

"We love going here every year! It’s a wonderful place for everyone in the family. I do want to share a little advice for newcomers as I wish I had, had on our first visit. Be prepared with food and drinks when you arrive especially at night because there is no place to grab a drink or snack. The closest available convenience store or place to get any of those items is about 3-4 miles back down the road going into Pigeon Forge. "My husband is handicap and at check in they arraigned the room to be very accessible for him. The front desk was absolutely amazing. This is the second time we have stayed there, but not the last. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a clean, friendly place to stay. We didn't take advantage, but in the evening there were several families swimming and the pool area looked fantastic."

"A beautiful and Christmas filled getaway for my cousins and myself! We loved the grounds decorated so elegantly and fire pits ready for gathering! The rooms were so comfortable and well stocked. We took the bus to the park and returned the same way. Easy! "
