"I did not like the parking and our carpet was dirty. My granddaughters feet were black from walking in the carpet barefoot. It was extremely noisy. The people next to us got into a scream, cussing fight at 1:30am waking up my 1 year old granddaughter. Some of the staff were great. One in particular staff member was loud and very unprofessional. "

"I'm very surprised that this place was rated so high for what they charge per night I could've stayed at Read, They ran out of food for breakfast they didn't supply with any lotions or the normal items that you do when you stay at a La Quinta. We paid extra to have a room with the view and the room was over the intersection that had so much loud traffic I will not be back I'm sorry to say"

"Lodge at Lookout Mountain is a very nice property. The room is very spacious and clean, with great appliances and comfortable beds. The only drawback is that it is right by a big road. It is quite noisy at night and I feel I am exposed.. Besides, driving into the lodge is also a bit scary. Lookout Mountain is quite nice and close to downtown (10 minutes drive)."
