We could hear music and talking from rooms on either side of us. There is not a lot of parking downtown. It’s definitely not a hotel you can walk into town from. "The hotel is very centrally located and easy access to Gatlinburg. Great place, clean, friendly staff. The only complaint is that it needs updated and remodeled. Ants were coming into the bathroom thru the wall. "

"Mountain Inn & Suites is a nice little hotel in Erwin TN. The same Erwin TN that just got wiped out from hurricane Helene flooding. Hotels.com refuse to give me a refund even though they have received photos of the entire hotel in shambles with nothing but piles of debris all around it. They are not and were not open. I could not call the hotel and reschedule. But Hotels.com says they cannot refund me even though the hotel was closed and halfway underwater. Hotels.com is a complete scam. I would...
