"Hotel is really close right Shinsaibashi metro station, across from a family mart and 7/11. Lots of great restaurants nearby too. Room was clean and beds and pillows were amazing. We enjoyed our 3 days/2 nights here. They allowed us to store our luggage when we checked out so we could explore Osaka for another half day. We enjoyed Bespoke Shisaibashi location, we booked the rest of our Tokyo trip at Bespoke Shinjuku location. "

"This hotel was very convenient, close to the train station and easy to walk to various locations around Osaka. The room was comfortable. It was very noisy though and very busy. Sometimes it was hard to get service as there were so many people."

"Hotel was nice and clean with a freindly welcome. The room was spacious enough for a solo traveller. Plenty of towels and pillows were given so I didn't have to request any extras. The only downside was paying 500 yen per luggage for luggage storage after check out. I understand this might have started due to overtourism but every other hotel I have stayed at so far are still offering luggage storage for free, so this felt like a let down. "
