The pool was huge and appreciated on a couple of rainy nights. The bathroom needs a refresh. Clean the grout in the shower or add new grout. The cleaning staff need to be more thorough. But I would say this about most hotels. Overall it was a lovely place, great location, friendly staff. "

"Beautiful hotel that's retained its yesteryear character. Staff are super friendly and helpful, we received a room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. Room was huge and well appointed. Beds and pillows were really comfortable. Huge bathroom Location is fantastic for Circular Quay access, plenty of shops and restaurants around. Highly recommended, would absolutely stay again"
