"Good news : Everything from here is a downhill walk. Everything was clean, modern, and in good repair. My first floor single on the all female floor was very cozy. Window opened. Desk top fan provided. No air conditioning. The first day my room was VERY hot when I returned because the summer sun was beating into my room. "Surprisingly very quiet (individual room/bathroom). Well positioned in town, easy access and parking. Clean, renovated (in my corridor at least). Good to split chill out room from tv room. Don’t be rebutted by reception on first floor. A bit sad that over 5 washing machine only 1 was not out of order. "

"It was a little on the pricey side but it was comfortable, clean and not too noisy with traffic. The reno gave it a modern feel and balcony seating was with a beer in the Arvo."
