My family and I enjoyed a three-night stay at the Novotel Wollongong for a relaxing weekend away. The hotel's location was great, easy walking distance of the beach and local eateries. Our room was excellent, clean, and comfortable! The small courtyard (perfect for our curious toddler) with an ocean view was a surprise. We even got a daily bird visits! A minor thing, a smart TV would've been a perfect addition though. We loved the swimming pool with a bar serving drinks and light snacks – the perfect place to chill for a whole day. It also had sauna. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. The parking was $35 per day and they charge extra for credit card fees. But overall, the staff was good, and my family and I had a wonderful experience.

The property is getting a little outdated in some areas it needs to be re-freshened eg: carpet in hallways on each level is showing its time, could paint inside rooms, could do with new curtains and blinds, they also could provide bathroom accessories like toothbrush and toothpaste etc. Overall good stay and will return!
