"The history of the Q Station was very interesting and right on the doorstep of Manly. Would recommend planning ahead to book a tour or two with their excellent guides. It is a heritage site so rooms are small and basic and little in the way of ventilation with door closed so if you don't like the heat at night perhaps visit in the colder months NIce options to eat on site or in Manly only 5 minutes away. Buffet b'fast was nice. If your active you could easily spend a full day exploring the...

"I will forgive the few things we didn't appreciate, like the AC unit immediately blowing on the bed (the only location possible) and the loss of the crepe cafe on the street, waahh. The breakfast was lovely, bed super, shower super. I would come back in a hot minute. If you have terrible knees, there is no lift. However, there is a dumbwaiter for your heavy bags, so there's that! "

"Excellent location. Major drawback, unable to make call to international operator. Manager said even they are not able to place collect international calls . I went down the street to the Four Seasons where they placed the call for me."

"Property is convenient to SCG. Rooms are basic but suitable. We found correspondence with manager slow & had to chase him up twice - once early on for no answer to an email and again with self-checkin, when room advised was incorrect (which he knew but waited till we got there at 10:30pm & couldn't get in - had to call the AH nbr & he told us then). Notwithstanding, we'd stay here again."
