This hotel is in the Rocks a historic region close to the harbor. It is in top of hill which provides magnificent views but an uphill haul. We loved the gym and views from the 35th floor lounge. Staff was very responsive and professional.

Everything was nice. Most comfortable bed i ever slept on. Only bad thing was i thought i was paying, $60 for dinner at top it ended up costing $300 plus i didn't get a good seat for the view.

I was quite underwhelmed with the hotel to be honest. After travelling quite a lot and I was just looking for a one night stay for a work event, it was just an unpleasant stay. The rooms were average I was happy to pay for a room upgrade but nothing was available. But I expected more. Then the breakfast in bed package I added on last minute became an inconvenience because after staying the night we didn’t want to have the breakfast in the room. We were ready to leave, however the $100 breakfast was non refundable and I didn’t think I would be charged for something I hadn’t had or no longer wanted. We weren’t allowed to have breakfast outside the room despite the $100 being paid. It had to be in the room. I didn’t feel the technology in room was up to date and found it was unclear about the breakfast. We had the breakfast in the room just before checkout, and it was one of the worst breakfasts I’ve been offered for room service. The fruit was served in gladwrap, the the pastries were dry and not fresh and the hot meals were cold and waffles undercooked and candy. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying there again unfortunately
