Staff was very helpful and friendly, room was clean and welcoming and nicely appointed... Vending machines as well as a convenience store and burger restaurant on site... Enjoyed my stay! "

"This property is so quaint and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay here. The smell is so reminiscent of my grandmother’s house which is so nostalgic and sweet. The room was lovely with daily housekeeping. We also enjoyed the spa bath. Such a great modern addition to an antique looking home. What made me love this place even more is their staff. "Rooms are in very good shape, excellent wifi, aircon good. Good value for the price. Not a hotel, this is some house with rooms renovated to rent out. Caretaker on site, friendly but very little English. Building from outside looks like a house, right behind Bank of Guam. Close to Galleria, places to eat, but actual street is backside of gambling place, drunks, etc. outside"
