"Beautiful new house in quiet neighborhood. Open floor plan with large modern kitchen and stunning 12 foot ceilings. It's so new, it is missing some items that I'm sure they will add over time. There is no place to hang your clothes in the master bedroom, no armoire, clothes rack or hooks. The second bedroom has an en suite, which is a really nice bonus! But the second bedroom is empty except for a bed and is missing a night stand and dresser drawers. All small things that I'm sure will change....

"We really enjoyed our stay in Lake Havasu for the month of November 2024. The house was a single level. The master bed and bath were quite large with a king bed. There was a dresser and end tables but no closet space. This bedroom has direct access to the large patio area and has a view of the lake and mountains. The master bath has a shower only. There are two other bedrooms with a shared hallway bathroom with a combo tub/shower. The house was fairly well-equipped, and the appliances...

"Had a great trip to Lake Havasu. House was as explained. Great pool and hot tub. Pool table and putting green was fun. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you would need. Coffee bar was cute. House was located near the lake and city. We ordered groceries for pick up at Walmart which was convenient."

"We stayed here Oct 27th -Nov1st. Would totally stay here again. I think my only problem was Lisa the home owner would not allow us to change temperate in the home or the pool, she would put it back to a temperature she liked. The book did ask that the temp inside the home stay no cooler than 73° during summer months. We are not in summer months. We would change it to 71°, and she would change it back on her phone. Same with the hottub, we would put it up to 95 (mornings were a brisk 45° outside)...
