"This is a beautiful 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. What separates it from the rest is a PRIVATE boat launch area on to the Colorado River. The water was around 85 degrees in late September. Take all your water toys with because you will be there from dawn to dusk. If there were more than 5 stars I'd have given this home. Thanks"

"Roomy and cozy stay. Pics are an accurate depiction of your stay. Master is very large and the other rooms upstairs are average size. The add on converted garage is HUGE. Hosts are very attentative to any needs. We would stay again for sure. "

"Awesome house with a large Living Room, four bedrooms including large master suite and a side "Bar Room" along with fully stocked kitchen. Parking in front of house for two trucks and two smaller cars with room left. And for River fun has an amazing deck out back along channel and great docking area for boats and personal water craft! Definitely coming back next Summer!!!"
