"Although we only stayed for a night we were just mesmerized how the front desk greeted us with warm welcomes and the hotel was not what we expected. The decor was inviting and cozy. Our kids love the Christmas tree. "Bloody booger on the bed sheet; had to request service. Family room located right near the bar area (no consideration) No heat at the time & remodel was rushed; the carpet had gap between floorboard and wall. "

"The only surprise was the room had a kurieg coffee machine but no coffee pods. We bought a box of pods from the local store and left two behind. gotta have coffee in the morning!"

"Outstanding customer service at the hotel for 4 nights. Constantly felt like staff and management went above and beyond expectations for us, as just “regular people”. When I reached out to customer service after having our departure flight cancelled at the airport gate, we were offered an upgraded room at a price less than our nightly rate previous and even on a Saturday night. Location is fantastic, Fathom restaurant is worth devoting your daily budget and caloric intake to — for one meal. The tiramisu pancakes will ruin every other pancake experience you ever have. Will definitely be back. And will tell ALL my friends. "
