"The hotel is hit or miss. Much depends on the room you get. Some are supposedly wonderful and large. Some are in basement (what they call 1st floor) with limited windows. Ours was ok, clearly an office that had been converted, with a bathroom built into the room, which looked odd and created an L shape. Some of the windows were covered by a massive headboard. "I came for a quick 2 night stay to attend a hockey game at Capitol One Arena. I arrived later on Saturday night and was promptly and kindly greeted. The front desk worker gave me the run down and got me quickly checked in. I like that the elevators needed a key card to work, adding some extra security.
