The Staff was wonderful. Kendra and her coworker were so helpful to us. Making suggestions for restaurants when the Pub's AC wasn't working. The breakfast options were plentiful and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The area is a mixed bag but it is Washington after all. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed 3 nights with husband and two kids, 7 & 9 yo. Location is in Chinatown which is not bad at all! It was convenient neighbor. Not too far from National Mall, walgreen is block away, metro is also like block away. Having free breakfast is very convenient. My kids wake up and hungry, eat and go. Coffee, tea, hot cocoa, water is at lobby 24/7, I love it. Staffs are nice, there is always security standing by door, inside of hotel, feel pretty secure knowing it.

Elevator was not working so had to walk up 8 flight of stairs. Also computers were down so staff had to copy credit card info down causing long lines. Also ac unit was broken- half hot air half cold air. Staff was friendly tho, hotel and room clean and close to concert arena. Parking was chaotic but staff was nice.

The service by the staff at the Fairfield Inn and Suites was outstanding and the staff was very personable and helpful. The breakfast was good with several options, the rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend the hotel to others.

The air conditioning unit is very noise, the sofa bed is very old and stained, you can feel the springs already. Food at breakfast is not what you expect from a Marriott hotel, low quality. Parking is very expensive and I was overcharged one night, I made the complaint and they didn’t credit my credit card yet, I’m waiting for my credit, almost $70 per night. In the Expedia site mention the parking to be available but not for a charge and that amount of money, needs to be explain for future users.
