Staff at this property are friendly and very helpful. The room and bed linens are clean. The property’s flooring will need updating soon. Breakfast was fairly standard, and I really liked having the option of red or green salsa with my eggs. The location is very convenient to Capital One Arena, Chinatown, DC sights, and fabulous restaurants.

Property was fine staff was fine. Other guests are the problem. Was in a room that had a door connecting to another room. 11:30pm adjoining guests arrive, smoke weed all night long. Which heavily encroached into our room.. However the entire neighborhood around this hotel smelled the same. I guess thats progressive policy at work

Very nice staff I was greeted with a smile and given all necessary information. The bed was very comfortable and the tv was just the right size for the room. The only problem was the bathroom. The door was so hard to open and close and the shower cold have had a little more force but overall I would stay here again.
