"All in all it was a nice hotel with fairly friendly staff, there is no shuttle service as is advertised on their website. Fair walk to downtown, which is fine, I wanted to see everything I could, including the surrounding areas. The area looked a little run down and could be perceived as unsafe, but I had no problems with anyone, everyone I talked to was quite nice. All in all it was a nice trip, but due to the amount of walking, I never did make it down for the breakfast. Would stay here again."

"Our door needed a battery change for the lock, one day our locks were inoperational leaving our belongings exposed. The thermostat is needlessly complicated and the staff doesn't know how to use it. Our room was close to 80* until my son finally cracked the code after 2 or 3 attempts by the staff. The room was clean and conformable, but there is not an excess of room. We did not spend much of the day there so it was fine. Excellent shower. Only big complaint is that being in an older building...
