Also hotel site says 24 hr check in? So why charge more? That's not ethical, same when my onward flight departed midnight, extra 40 dollars for late check out, but hotel did not have any incoming booking. Staff very helpful. "The Singular exceeded our expectations, it was a wonderful hotel with a great location. Food and view from the rooftop bar was great! Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful, arranged a 4am transfer to the airport for us and packed us breakfast to go. "
