"Overall very cute boutique hotel in a very safe area. We had an updated room which was nice. Two areas of improvement: the bathroom - more specifically the shower - definitely needed a deep clean. There was a lot of bathroom grime in the shower. Also, the AC unit (which may be a thing in Chile in general) made very loud clicking noises so it may need replacing. I still rated it a 5 because our overall stay was pleasant - staff were very helpful, the breakfast was ample, and our room was nice."

"This hotel was more like staying at the home of an elegant friend. The bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to leave!! The staff is superb, especially Camila and Rente. There are restaurants and markets just around the corner and the neighborhood is safe and classy. I look forward to going again!!"

"Stay away from this place. The staff is undertrained and unfriendly. Not sure what is their target, but this is NOT a boutique and friendly hotel. I had to book here because of the location ( which is very good ) . Booked three nights, left at the second, and will ask Expedia for a refund the third."
