"As we went into the building the security guard stopped us and asked us where we were going— we explained we were checking in and he directed us to the room in the building where the “front desk” is. We knocked on that door for close to 20 minutes; we knocked from 9 am to 9:20 before we gave up and came down the elevator to the main building (A -> B). "Hôtel bien situé. Avec une chambre sur la cour, c'est calme mais aucune vue ni sur l'extérieur ni sur le ciel...et la cour est plutôt un puits d'aération. D'autre part, je pense qu'il est anormal que les sacs poubelles descendent par l'ascenseur unique qui devrait être réservé aux clients, ce n'est guère hygiénique et l'odeur restante n'est pas agréable. Le personnel de l'hôtel est sympa. Le petit déjeuner à la cafétéria est très correct."

"This place is just fine. If you have more than the $90 a night it costs, you'd be happier elsewhere in terms of the hotel's facilities which are... pretty dated. The location however is great and the staff is kind and I actually like the weird old furniture. Everything was clean and crisp in terms of bedding and bathrooms."

"Everyone was friendly and fun. Water bottle got snatched, or trashed, no big deal, i shouldn't have left it in a shared space. Frat vibes a bit after hours. Noticed more men than women hanging out in the evenings, but all types of people were there including families. Met a few cool people and glad i stayed. Beds are comfy, felt safe, close to lots of places to eat, grocery stores, Metro and even a little skatepark."
