"I enjoyed the atmosphere of Chilli’s heritage created by the decor . The restaurant produces great meals and the pool is lovely on a hot day . Easy to walk to major attractions and staff are always willing to help in any way. Hot showers were welcome also ! "

"The rooms were spacious full of amenities. The staff was eager to help and provided great information of what to do around the hotel. The bar and outdoor terrace was quite inviting for a sit down with wine. We were treated to an upgraded room and a complementary wine bottle because of VIP Expedia status. I definitely recommend it. "

"A very unique boutique hotel close to everything. We walked to all Centro highlites. Wonderful staff and service, great full breakfast, roof top bar views were great. A bit warm on the rooftop, but worth it. "

"The two days/nights we spent in the Hotel Sommelier were absolutely wonderful! The rooms were as nice as the photos. More importantly, the staff were terrifically competent and friendly. Carlos at reception was a welcoming smile. Andrea in the 1st floor restaurant was great. Karina upstairs in Terraza was such a treat! All were kind, professional and just delightful! And the older gentleman at the entrance was extremely helpful, especially as my wife is handicapped. It all added up to a splendid...

"This is a good hotel to be based on if you have a longer stay in Santiago city. Almost everything you want to see in the downtown area is walkable. The hotel property is not in the best of shape, but it’s not bad either. The hotel staff are kind and helpful - but with limited English skills, so if you have Spanish, you will be even better off."
