"Hotel is in wonderful condition! Rooms sound proof ! Beds sleep well ! Love the gym and swimming area ! Breakfast is delicious and has a good atmosphere for options! Food at the restaurant were well received! Folks that work at the restaurant and check in counter are kind and helpful! Hotel is well equipped and has a lovely garden out back to sit and relax ! Hotel is not far from both city and airport! Well worth the price and location! I will continue to stay here when am in Santiago Chile ! Love it !"

"Perfect place to stay in Santiago. Really beautiful hotel in a great location with friendly staff and very comfortable beds. We arrived early in the morning and they were really kind to let us check in straight away which was amazing after a long overnight flight. I would highly recommend staying here."

"The staff are super nice. We booked one day later than the check-in time. They did not charge us any extra fee and allowed us to stay on the day we arrived. Very considerate. We purchased breakfast and was amazed by the food quality and variety. Very good experience. Thanks to the hotel"
