"The hotel was really clean and easy to find . Staff was always available and helpful . The rooms echo a bit but are relatively quiet . The hot water didn’t always work but when it did it was nice and hot . Great stay for a great price ! There was always food available within a block of the property . Felt really safe to walk around the neighborhood as well . "

"The staff at Umbral was incredibly warm and helpful. They made our stay very comfortable. The room was very nice. The design of the building was cool (especially the elevator), and the cafe downstairs, Ojo de Agua has delicious juices, and a good breakfast menu. The area around the hotel is a bit loud and congested, which was the downside. "

"This is the second time I stayed in this place because of its location. You can walk to many beautiful historical areas, tons of restaurants and activities. Public transportation is close and convenient. The furniture and bathrooma are just basic and need an upgrade, specially the bathroom. Towels are super old they only provided 2 towels per day for 2 people. "
