There is no fan or air conditioning in the room. No hot water either. They charge extra 50 for remote. In Mexico people think tourist are cash cow to milk!! So effing annoying

The rooms had roaches crawling all around the unit. Entrance doors were not safely secured and the unit always smelled like cigarretes. I was also offered different rooms from what I had previously booked.

Los 3 dias que me hospede en el hotel, pude ver que las habitaciones estan deterioradas, el entorno del lugar es inseguro y peligroso. En cuanto el servicio y colaboradores, todos son amables y serviciales.
